We're back at it!! The next Beyond the Saddle Educational Class is Adaptive Fitness for Equestrians with Dr. Stephanie Mason, Thursday May 28th at 5:30pm. We will learn fitness techniques adapted to our bodies and abilities to help strengthen and stretch our bodies to support our horsemanship goals! This class will be monthly depending on interest!
