Sunsets and flowers are two of my favorite things, and I have gotten to enjoy both, many nights this week! So far this week we have had over 4 thousand flowers in bloom on the farm! It is crazy to think of that many flowers but it sure has been beautiful!

Earlier in the month, this beauty popped open! This is just one of the 100 peonies we planted last year! Only 2 more years till these get to go on your table!
Did you know that approximately 100 MILLION cut flower peony stems are produced globally every year with China producing about 70 million of those?! Grossing over 2 billion dollars in revenue globally. In 2021 a peony stem variety named Lembrose, sold for $2,500 USD. Although most do not cost this much per stem, peonies often sell retail for about $30 per stem. But trust me, you won't be paying that much for ours.
