🌿💜 A beautiful FREE global event for anyone passionate about women’s health, birth, healing and whole woman care.

The Womb Health Summit 2026 is happening September 8–10 online, bringing together voices from around the world to explore women’s health through the intersection of Science • Somatics • Sacred.

Across three days, experts will share perspectives on topics including holistic birth, oxytocin and birth, fertility, pelvic floor health, hormones, trauma recovery, menstrual health, postpartum, menopause, embodiment, ancestral wisdom and so much more.

We especially love seeing conversations like “Holistic Birth,” “Oxytocin in Birth: Science and Wisdom,” “The Art of Holding Space,” and “Birth is Humanity’s Oldest Ceremony” included in this gathering. 💜

At Tree of Life, we believe education gives women more opportunities to understand their bodies, explore their choices and become active participants in their own care.

💜 Morning rant with Kaleen… and she has some things to say.

What would it look like if we truly supported pregnant women, babies, and families by bringing birth back into the community?

Birth is not an illness. Pregnancy is not automatically a high risk condition. And for healthy, low risk pregnancies, women deserve to know that the hospital is not their only option.

Kaleen believes we need more birth centers run by midwives, more support for community birth, and a system where midwives are empowered to care for normal, physiologic birth while physicians and hospitals are there when higher risk medical care is truly needed.

And then there’s another battle happening behind the scenes: insurance companies.

After two years of trying to get Aetna and Cigna to respond regarding a contract originally written in 2015, Kaleen is done being told to send another email and wait another 90 days.

So this one ends with a very real call to our community:

⚖️ Are you an attorney, or do you know an attorney, who may be willing to explore taking this on pro bono? Please reach out or share this with someone who may be able to help.

Sometimes advocacy looks like supporting a woman through labor. Sometimes it looks like challenging the systems that make that care harder to provide. 💜

Birth belongs to women. Birth belongs in community. Midwives matter.

💜 Postpartum psychosis deserves awareness, understanding, and compassion—not stigma.

With postpartum psychosis appearing in the news, conversations surrounding this serious perinatal mental health condition can feel frightening or overwhelming. But fear shouldn’t be the end of the conversation. Education, early recognition, treatment, and support matter.

Postpartum psychosis requires immediate medical attention, but it is also treatable, and recovery is possible. Families, friends, and birth professionals can make a difference by learning the signs and symptoms, understanding risk factors, and knowing when to seek help.

And if the news itself is becoming too heavy, it’s okay to protect your own emotional wellbeing. Step away. Limit your exposure. Reach out to someone you trust. 💜

At Tree of Life, we believe families deserve to be met with compassion and without judgment—especially during the most vulnerable seasons of pregnancy and postpartum.

🌿 Awareness. Support. Hope.
No one should have to navigate perinatal mental health challenges alone.

For additional education and resources, visit Postpartum Support International. If postpartum psychosis is suspected, seek immediate medical care.

🌿 “Natural” doesn’t always mean simple.

When you see “natural flavors” on an ingredient list, it may sound wholesome, but that single phrase can represent a complex blend of flavoring ingredients and other substances used in the formulation.

That’s why reading beyond the front of the package matters. 💜

✨ Turn the package over
✨ Read the full ingredient list
✨ Ask questions when something isn’t clear
✨ Choose foods with simple, recognizable ingredients when possible
✨ Make informed choices that feel right for you and your family

We believe education empowers you to make choices with greater awareness and confidence. Your health really is in the details. 🌱

Have you ever noticed “natural flavors” on something you thought was completely natural?
