SACRED (VIBRATIONAL SOUND) LANGUAGES

Last weekend I was guided to use this mantra in a sacred sound group session:

महा मृत्युन्जय मंत्र Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra: ॐ त्रियम्बकं यजामहे, सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनं I उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मोक्षिय मामृतात् II Aum Trayambakam Yajamahe, Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam; Urva Rukamiva Bandhanaan, Mrityor Mokshiye Maamritat.

There are languages that are known as "sacred". When I use this term "sacred languages" it means that the actual vibrational quality of these words has the ability to shift and change energy..

You don't have to understand with your linear, logical mind. Just sit and open and feel..

I was so excited to share an image of the massive full moon outside my meditation room window......... HOWEVERRRRR.. the photo makes the moon look the size of an eraser. Weird-but still beautiful so will share.

In July I had an incredible astrology reading that just so happened to state that on September 9th there was an aspect related to "where I call home, my physical or metaphorical home will be disrupted".

At the time it was a statement I heard but only recently, with Irma on the scene did I really HEAR it.

There is no panic in me but just an attention to what's going on and an attunenment to my inner voice.

Tonight.in meditation I was told we have the ability to protect our spaces. My hands were then taken into this mudra/ Shuni mudra. Looking up this mudra and the meaning I believe I needed higher assistance in clearing out negative thoughts and turning them positive.

Wanted to share....

Shuni Mudra (Seal of Patience)

Shuni is sanskrit for Saturn which is the planet of discipline.

Benefits
Improves commitment, focus, patience, and understanding. This mudra helps one carry out their life’s responsibilities.

Saturn

Represents
Courage and responsibility

When To Use
When you need stability and strength, if you need assistance turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts, and for support following through with tasks.

This is a mudra I was spontaneously shown/taught last week. The meditation was related to the Goddess or feminine energies and the need to more fully anchor them on the planet.
I wasn't quite sure why my hands kept shooting the middle finger.. (lol)... of course I looked it up ... and the answer was there- Gesture of the Goddess- Inner Transformation.
