This one feels extra special to me… Becky (the owner) and I have been friends since the early days of building our businesses... about 7 years ago now. We both worked in the radiology field, and were wanting to pursue our true passions. When I was personally struggling with gut health, she was someone I trusted to help me work through it. Her knowledge, care, and root-cause approach made such a difference for me, and I’ve watched her do the same for so many others.

Traveling while still supporting your health, maintaining balance, and not sacrificing joy is 100% possible (even if you're gluten free, dairy free, etc). This will look different for everyone but this is how we travel, savor the goodness, indulge a little and feel great when we return.

So grateful there are so many more options for healthy food and gluten free food now days compared to 12 years ago when we started this journey.

Building health and resiliency is cultivated in what you do the majority of the time. In consistency. In finding a balance that works for your family and your goals. It's created in joy and in a way that's sustainable.

Let's chat about it....

Miralax has not been approved for use over 7 days or for those under 17 years old. Long term use can also come with side effects that include gut dysbiosis, anxiety, learning delays, altered immune function, behavioral issues and more. There's more natural options that can include minerals, healthy fats, eliminating food sensitivities, improving bile flow, magnesium citrate or oxide and vitamin C, and addressing gut imbalances.

Food, dyes and toxins play a crucial role in the health of every cell, process, organ and inflammation. Processed foods, dyes, and toxins have been linked to behavioral issues, inflammation, immune dysfunction and gut imbalances.

Bleach baths and steroids for eczema are a bandaids approach that don't address the underlying immune dysfunction and inflammation showing up on the skin that is being driven by gut imbalances, a full toxin bucket, deficiencies, stress, and/or impaired detox and drainage. Bleach baths are also toxic. There's so much hope for eczema in addressing root causes and triggers.

Tylenol post vaxs can weaken the immune response, deplete glutathione and have even been shown to increase the risk of autism according to a 2008 study PMID: 18445737 There's other options that include naturprofen, homeopathics, epsom salt baths, etc. Not saying there's never a time a place just sharing information that isn't always presented.

Kids will just grow out of it is a disservice because if the underlying immune dysfunction, inflammation and gut imbalances are not addressed they can grow into autoimmune conditions and other inflammatory conditions. The manifestation just shifts.

The majority of ear infections are viral and can be influenced by drainage, diet, immune function, gut health and more. Helpful supports include chiropractic, CST, food sensitivity elimination, gut microbiome balancing, and stressing mold toxicity if present. Antibiotics can have a time and place but chronic use can lead to increases gut dysbiosis and long term immune dysregulation.

Each kid is unique and different with different root causes, environment, stressors and factors and therefore deserves a personalized approach.

Bedwetting- resolved
Eczema and flares - resolved

There's hope for eczema and bedwetting and it's found in addressing deeper root causes/imbalances, supporting the body and working at an appropriate pace.

There's also hope if you left the moldy environment but are still experiencing symptoms and flares which can be rooted in deficiencies, immune dysregulation, gut imbalances/colonization and backed up drainage.

He's also been able to add dairy back in with no issues!
