A fun afternoon, great food, and wonderful company made for a memorable day at DelGrosso’s Park! 🍝☀️

Our residents had a fantastic time enjoying a delicious spaghetti lunch, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and spending quality time together. Outings like these create special memories and give everyone a chance to enjoy the community beyond our walls.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next adventure! ❤️

Our Hilltop dads were treated to a wonderful Father’s Day celebration filled with great food, sweet treats, and plenty of smiles! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to Taylor Ann’s Deli & Cafe LLC for generously donating delicious pizzas. The dads all agreed it was some of the best pizza around, and it was a huge hit! 🍕👏

We’d also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Pam from UPMC Family Hospice for donating awesome can koozies for the root beer, and to Jess from Pinnacle Hospice for sweetening the day with delicious cookies. 🥤🍪

A special thank you goes to Sirena for thoughtfully coordinating this generous donation and to her son for personally delivering the pizzas. Your kindness and willingness to give back to our community helped make this celebration extra special.

Because of your generosity, our residents enjoyed a fun, memorable Father’s Day and felt truly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so meaningful! 💙

Day 5 of Nursing Home Week at Hilltop was all about Hilltop Pride! Staff showed up in purple and brought the energy for a fun-filled picnic day together. 💜

A huge thank you to Taci from Bristol for supplying the delicious main dishes and generously donating her time to help make the day so special. Your support helped turn the picnic into a memory worth savoring 🍔🌭💜

What a wonderful start to Nursing Home Week here at Hilltop Healthcare! 🌼🪴✨

On Monday, we would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Melissa from AseraCare Hospice for spending the afternoon with our residents creating beautiful flower pots together! Melissa brought potting soil, gorgeous flower seeds, and helped everyone design and plant their very own creations. It was such a fun and meaningful activity, and our residents had an amazing time getting their hands a little dirty and their hearts a little fuller. 💛

Tuesday brought even more magic during our Fairy Day celebration! 🧚‍♀️🌸 A special thank you to Laura from Grane Hospice for helping our residents create adorable tiny fairy gardens. Everyone had such a great time getting creative and bringing their little fairy worlds to life!

We are so grateful for the kindness, creativity, and joy both Melissa and Laura brought to our residents this week. Thank you for helping make Nursing Home Week so special! 💐

✨🐇 Day 4 of Nursing Home Week at Hilltop Healthcare and things got delightfully curiouser and curiouser… ♠️☕️

Today we tumbled down the rabbit hole for our Alice in Wonderland theme day! From whimsical decorations to Mad Hatter energy and smiles bigger than the Cheshire Cat’s grin, our residents and staff made magic together all day long. 🎩🌹⌛️
