Brian Morden Foundation

Brian Morden Foundation The Brian Morden Foundation was created to help fight childhood cancer.

The Brian Morden Foundation was created to honor Brian, a courageous 19 year old, who battled Ewing's Sarcoma for more than two years. He lost the battle on February 15, 2003, but his family, friends, and many others who only knew Brian by reputation have vowed to continue the fight against this horrible disease. The foundation has three goals:

Fund childhood cancer research
Support patients and family
Provide funding for "Brian Morden Memorial" higher education scholarships

Sadly we share this post about Paula Kauffman. Paula was a long time board member of BMF. She will be missed by so many.

✝️ It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister in Christ, Paula K. Kauffman.

Paula faithfully served DELC and our surrounding community in countless ways. She served as Vice President of the Congregation Council and, most recently, as our Congregational Resource Director and Council Secretary. Whether she was working with our youth, singing with the praise team, serving a meal, caring for our facility, or helping lead our congregation, Paula was always willing to serve.

A retired special education teacher from the Bellwood-Antis School District, Paula touched the lives of generations of children. She was also a longtime member and leader of the Order of the Eastern Star and was actively involved with the Brian Morden Foundation.

Please join us as we remember Paula and give thanks for her life of faithful service.
