Our residents brought the energy today during Cardio Drumming at Altoona Health & Rehab, INC.! 🌟 With sticks in hand and rhythms in the air, this fun activity had everyone smiling, moving, and keeping the beat together. 🎶👏

Cardio drumming is a great way to support strength, coordination, and wellness — all while creating laughter and connection. We love seeing our residents stay active and engaged in ways that make them feel empowered and included. 💙
