We turned up the summer fun at Altoona Health & Rehab, INC. with our very own Splash Bash! 💦😎

Our residents headed outside for an afternoon filled with sunshine, water, laughter, and plenty of smiles! There’s nothing quite like a little outdoor fun to bring everyone together, and our residents certainly knew how to make a splash! 💙☀️

We love creating opportunities for our residents to get outside, have fun, enjoy time with friends, and simply live in the moment. These are the days that turn into some of our favorite memories. 🥰

A HUGE thank-you to all of our amazing staff who helped make this day possible! 💚 From planning and setting up to jumping in, lending a hand, and making sure our residents had an incredible time, it truly took a team to make our Splash Bash such a success. We appreciate each of you for going the extra mile to create special moments for those we serve! 👏💦

There’s something extra special about sharing a skill you’ve spent years learning, and one of our very own residents had the opportunity to do just that by teaching a quilting class at Altoona Health & Rehab, INC.! ✂️🪡

Our residents have a lifetime of knowledge, talents, traditions, and experiences to share, and we love creating opportunities for them to take the lead. Today wasn’t simply about learning how to quilt. It was about sharing knowledge, building connections, enjoying each other’s company, and celebrating the talents within our own community. ❤️

A very special thank-you to our resident instructor for sharing their time and talent with us. We may have started with fabric and thread, but the best part of the day was seeing our residents learning from one another. 🥰

Our residents were all shook up when Elvis stopped by Altoona Health & Rehab, INC. for a special performance! 🎤✨

There was plenty of singing, dancing, clapping, and smiling as our residents enjoyed some of their favorite familiar tunes. Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together, sparking memories, and creating moments of pure joy, and this visit certainly delivered! ❤️🎵

A huge thank-you to Elvis for spending time with our residents and putting on such a fun show. We always love having him visit, and judging by those smiles, our residents do too! 💚

We may be a little late sharing, but this much fun deserves its own spotlight! Our residents had a fin-tastic time celebrating Shark Week at Altoona Health & Rehab, INC.! 🦈🎉

From themed activities and plenty of laughs to a few jawsome surprises along the way, our residents dove right into the fun! Moments like these are what resident life is all about: staying engaged, trying something different, and making memories together. 💚
