Jayliza is the heart of our Altus clinic, keeping things running smoothly while always supporting our staff, families, and patients with a smile. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of two. She enjoys spending time outdoors, tending to her garden, fishing at the lake, and caring for her animals.

Meet Kelsey Travis— a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist with 15 years of experience across pediatrics, home health, hospital care, and nursing home rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized care that supports each patient’s unique journey to recovery.
Outside of her profession, Kelsey is a proud mother of three active children involved in sports, church, and community activities. Balancing family life with a heart for service, she values faith, compassion, and building meaningful connections both in her career and throughout her community.
We are so thankful for the care, encouragement, and positivity she brings to our patients and team every day! 💙
