This month we were inspired by Dolly Parton and thought a lot about who takes care of the caregivers.

So, during September, we spent many days, in true Dolly spirit, choosing and sharing joy! 💗 We took time to visit people in Amarillo who spend their days caring for others, and we brought them a little reminder of something we believe deeply at Cornerstone Caregiving: that people doing the caring deserve care, too.

Behind every patient is a spouse. A daughter. A son. A family member. A caregiver. Caring shows up in different ways for different people--from bringing a meal to sitting quietly together to simply reminding someone that they don't have to do the caring alone.
