These wonderful childcare professionals are ready to respond when it matters most! ❤️

This morning’s class was full of hands-on practice, great questions, and lots of energy as we worked through CPR, AED use, choking, and emergency response for the little lives entrusted to their care.

In an emergency, children need more than someone who cares—they need someone who knows what to do and is confident enough to do it. I’m so grateful for childcare professionals who take that responsibility seriously!

Thank you for trusting CPR Express with your training! 🫶🏻

It’s pretty incredible to see what can change in a year.

When I first started coming to the Llano Project site last summer, there was a caliche road, a few portable buildings, and wind turbines stretching across the horizon.

Today, it’s a mindbogglingly massive active jobsite with multiple crews and thousands of people working every day.

While working here this week, I kept thinking the same thing:

Absolutely ANYTHING can happen out here.

That’s why I’m so grateful to spend four classes this week training Cache Valley Electric employees in CPR, AED use, and basic first aid.

On a site this large, when an emergency happens, the first person there probably won’t be a paramedic.

It’ll be a coworker.

My job is to help make sure that coworker knows what to do ❤️

Watching this site grow over the past year has been incredible—and I’m grateful CPR Express gets to play a small part in making the people building it a little safer.

The 9 teenagers I taught today gave me so much hope. ❤️

They are the daughters of FMC Canyon employees and they learned how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform high-quality CPR, use an AED, and respond when seconds matter most. Watching them encourage one another and take the practice seriously reminded me why I love teaching!!

Every one of those students is now better prepared to step in if someone’s life depends on it.

We spend so much time talking about the next generation…today I got to watch them become part of the solution.

Thank you to those incredible teens for showing up, working hard, asking great questions, and proving that you’re never too young to learn how to save a life❤️

You never know whose hero you’ll become.

The Amarillo area is becoming a little safer this week ❤️

Tonight’s class was filled with educators, foster parents, and daycare professionals—people who have dedicated their lives to caring for children.

Tomorrow I’m heading to Canyon to teach a room full of teenagers 🚗

Different groups. Same mission.

One CPR class at a time, we’re putting lifesaving skills into the hands of the people most likely to need them. My hope is that none of them ever have to use these skills—but if that day ever comes, they’ll know exactly what to do.

Thank you to everyone who chooses to invest a few hours learning how to save a life. You are making our community stronger, safer, and more prepared. ❤️

One day. Two classes. Two very different groups. One mission ❤️

This morning started in a living room, where a group of moms learned CPR while little ones played nearby💕

This afternoon, it was a room full of electricians sharpening their life-saving skills⚡

Different settings. Different careers. Same goal: making our community a little safer, one class at a time.

Every person who learns CPR becomes someone else’s chance at surviving a cardiac emergency. That’s something I’ll never get tired of being a part of.

CPR really does save lives and I would love to be your instructor!! ❤️

Amarillo just became a whole lot safer ❤️

Tonight, 14 medical and dental providers sharpened their lifesaving skills. Every class means more confident responders, faster action in an emergency, and more people who have a chance to go home after suffering cardiac arrest.

I never take for granted the opportunity to teach these skills. Let’s save some lives!!

Not everyone learns best in a group—and that’s okay. ❤️

Today I had the privilege of teaching a private 1:1 CPR class for someone who experiences significant anxiety in traditional classroom settings.

Learning CPR should be accessible to everyone, and sometimes that means creating a calm, quiet environment where people can ask questions, take their time, and build confidence without the pressure of a group.

Every person who learns CPR is one more person who could save a life someday. Whether it’s in a classroom of 18 or a class of one, the mission is the same.

Need a private CPR class? I offer one-on-one training by appointment for those who prefer a more personalized learning experience.

Last night’s class was full of people who care deeply about others ❤️

This class brought together foster parents, babysitters, daycare workers, and coaches—people who spend their days looking after children, encouraging them, and helping them grow.

My hope is that none of them will EVER need to use these skills 🙏

But if the unthinkable ever happens, they’ll know what to do.

That’s why I love teaching CPR. It’s not just about earning a certification—it’s about building confidence, replacing panic with purpose, and preparing ordinary people to do extraordinary things when every second counts.

Thank you to each of you for giving up your evening to invest in the safety of the kids and families who depend on you. Our community is a safer place because of you!! ❤️
