Looking for something for your kids to do this summer?

My 12 and 13 year olds will be helping me run a flexibility summer camp from July 13-17, 10:00am-12:30pm.

Water and small snacks will be provided but if you'd like to pack your child a lunch that is just fine.

We will be focusing on proper stretching techniques, flexibility, and breathing exercises to help reduce stress and anxiety and increase mental focus.

This is great for any cheerleaders, gymnasts, dancers, or anyone who would like to learn more about stretching.

Please only ages 6-13 at this time as the girls will be doing most of the work to earn some extra money for the summer.

Scan the QR code on the flyer to reserve your spot, we have limited space so there is a cap on registrations. One code will allow you to pay for one session at a time, the other gives you a discount for paying for all 5 days up front- it's basically one free session!
