Join us in welcoming Stephanie to our Grand Opening & 1-Year Celebration—a chance to meet her, explore her offerings, and take a little time to pause and reconnect. 🤍
Stephanie is a certified Pranakriya Yoga Instructor with over 14 years of teaching experience and has practiced Reiki since 2012. In 2025, she became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, expanding her offerings through her business, Earth Prana Wellness.
Her approach emphasizes mindful movement, breathwork, and creating a safe, supportive space for others. Through Reiki sessions, private and special event yoga, group Reiki experiences, and intentionally handcrafted Reiki-infused bracelets, Stephanie shares her passion for helping people find moments of calm in their everyday lives.
Stephanie has offered Reiki sessions and shared her handmade bracelets at Aligned & Alchemy Collective throughout our first year, and we’re grateful to celebrate this milestone with her! She currently offers Reiki at both the Collective and SaltTreeYoga in Ottawa, with her Reiki practice continuing exclusively at SaltTreeYoga beginning in October.
