One year ago, I held my very first sound bath for a group of women. I remember feeling so nervous, wondering if I was doing everything wrong.
Now, a year later, I can’t believe this is something I get to do almost every weekend. What once felt uncertain now feels so natural—so aligned. I’ve grown into the space I hold, and I feel deeply connected to the intention I set for every single sound bath.
A year ago feels like a lifetime away… and at the same time, it feels like it just happened.
I am so incredibly grateful—for the growth, for the courage to begin, and for every single person I’ve had the honor of meeting and holding space for along the way.
