As the video explains, rebounding is great for the Lymphatic System. This exercise can be mimicked without a trampoline by simply moving your body the same way in your yard (preferably barefoot) or on gym floor mats.

Volunteers wanted! There is a need for volunteers to assist in facility setup on Friday evening and breakdown at the end of event on Saturday, parking guidance, guiding visitors throughout the event, manning the raffle/silent auction booths, providing relief to the Practitioners for their break. Soup and snacks available throughout the day for volunteers, Practitioners, and vendors. Signup sheet available in the chapel.
