Floating Navel!
What’s the difference between a floating navel and a traditional navel piercing?…
The jewelry design, and how it fits your anatomy, and movement. When sitting, if your navel creases it’s recommended to use floating navel jewelry. With traditional navel jewelry the larger ball will cause lots of pressure on the piercing, pushing that jewelry out the top. This making it more than likely to reject, and higher chances of getting caught on.

Don’t worry! Floating navels have lots of fun healed jewelry options as well. And once the piercing has fully healed, at that point it’s up to you if you’d like to add traditional jewelry.
