Dr. Andrew & Alexa welcomed their third child, Scout Caroline 💜, on Friday morning (followed shortly thereafter by Scout’s first adjustment 🙂). Mama & baby girl are doing well!

The six-week postpartum checkup isn't the finish line - it's just the starting point.

You go to that appointment, get cleared, and everyone acts like your body just magically bounced back.

But mama, you know the truth.
