Most people wake up and immediately start reacting. The phone, the inbox, the to-do list that is already running behind. Before they know it the day is half over and they never made a single intentional decision about how they wanted it to go.

Most people hit Monday already behind. A few simple actions on Sunday can change how your entire week feels. Here are three that take less than 10 minutes each.

1. Prep one protein source. You do not need to meal prep your entire week. Just get one thing ready. Grill some chicken, hard boil a batch of eggs, cook some ground turkey. Having protein ready to go removes the biggest obstacle to eating well when life gets busy.

2. Find two workout windows in your schedule. Actually look at your week and block two times you can realistically move your body. Put them in your calendar like an appointment. If you wait until you "have time," it will not happen.

3. Set one intention for the week. Not a long list of goals. Just one thing you want to focus on. More water. Getting to bed earlier. Hitting your protein target. One thing, done consistently, moves the needle more than ten things done halfway.
