Being a 1, Well 1 and 3/4 (thank you, LJ!!), human operation at Stealie Jam Farm, you'll often find me excusing the over grown and borderline unmanageable landscape as Nature Being Nature.
Days like today, I'm reminded that the purpose and wonder of our Earth is just so giving and BEAUTIFUL.
Today's harvest of Goldenrod, Queen Anne's Lace, Hibiscus and Sumac will be bundled, dried and turned into a medicinal tea (with a lemonade taste, thanks sumac!)
But first, i will enjoy the beauty for awhile

Join us at the Granby Free Public Library for a special, hands-on live animal presentation by Jennifer of Stealie Jam Farm in Belchertown.

Kids of all ages will meet real animal ambassadors up close, learn cool facts about their habitats, and discover fantastic books to take home!
