As hard as it is to accept, winter will be upon us shortly. And in case you didn't know, Menagerie Ownership can REALLY take a toll during the cold months. So we're trying something new. To help us fund our winter months of Animal Care- especially extra feeding and electricity usage (to keep our tropical) friends warm
We're offering a sweepstakes to help us bring in some much needed advertising and help with funds!

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on October 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 16, 2026.
The potential winner will be drawn on October 18, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
The sweepstakes is conducted on Facebook only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, immediate family members, and household members of the sponsor may be excluded. Void where prohibited by law.
3. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
One Basic or Barnyard Animal Encounter WITH an added Mini Horse — advertised value: $445.

The winning encounter must be held at a location within one hour of Amherst, Massachusetts. An encounter held on-site in Amherst, Massachusetts, may be available for an additional fee.
The winner must coordinate the date, time, location, and arrangements with TNMT&WC. Additional fees must be disclosed and agreed upon before booking. The advertised $445 prize does not include optional extras or additional fees not expressly included in the prize description. And must be redeemed by April 30th 2027.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Any taxes applicable to the prize are the winner's responsibility.
4. HOW TO ENTER
The sweepstakes runs on Facebook from October 13, 2026, through October 16, 2026. Eligible participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine.
Participants may earn entries through the following activities:
1 entry: Like the original sweepstakes post pinned to the top of the TNMT&WC page.
1 entry: Comment on the original pinned sweepstakes post.
1 entry: Follow the TNMT&WC page.
1 entry: Like the Stealie Jam Farm page.
1 entry: Like the Touch Needed Massage Therapy page.
5 entries: For every qualifying $10 contribution, subject to the final approved Official Rules.
5 entries: For every tagged person who likes the tag and follows the TNMT&WC page, subject to the final approved Official Rules.
Free entry option: Send a direct message to the TNMT&WC page stating “FREE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY,” along with your full name and state of residence.
No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or win. The free entry method is available without payment. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 16, 2026.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on October 18, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible participant may complete each qualifying activity once. The free-entry method is available without making a purchase, donating money, liking another page, or commenting on a post.
Donations: Donations are entirely optional and are not required to enter. Donations do not earn additional entries and will not increase the donor's odds of winning. Donating and not donating provide the same opportunity to win for an entrant with the same number of eligible entries.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 16, 2026. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate these rules may be disqualified.
Participants must comply with Facebook's applicable terms and promotion policies.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
The drawing will take place on October 18, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. No purchase or donation is necessary, and neither will improve the odds of winning.
The potential winner will be contacted through Facebook and must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The sponsor may require proof of age, residency, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
TNMT&WC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or applicable law. The sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
The sponsor will use entrant information as reasonably necessary to administer the sweepstakes and contact the potential winner.
