Lately I've been noticing how many people are carrying so much.

The weight of caring for everyone else.

Movement Meditation isn't about fixing any of it.

🍲 Join the Heart of the Village ~ Kitchen Team Work Trade Opportunity 🍲

The kitchen is more than a place where meals are prepared ~ it is the heart of the village.

This year, our Kitchen Team will help nourish hundreds of participants through the sharing of over 3,000 meals during our five days together. Every meal served is an act of service, care, and community.

We are currently seeking a few additional team members for our 5-Day Kitchen Work Trade Program.

✨ Receive 20% off your registration
✨ Contribute 12 hours of kitchen service during the gathering
✨ Be part of a dedicated team creating nourishment, connection, and support for the entire village

No professional kitchen experience is required ~ just a willingness to serve, work as part of a team, and bring a positive attitude. Tasks may include food prep, serving meals, dish support, and helping keep our kitchen flowing smoothly.

Many who serve in the kitchen find that it becomes one of the most rewarding parts of the gathering ~ offering opportunities for connection, laughter, teamwork, and meaningful contribution.

I recently had the honor of being featured on a Visionary Breakthrough Session with Emma Dunwoody ~ someone who has been a deeply impactful Human Design mentor and guide in my life for several years.

This conversation was powerful, affirming, emotional, and illuminating in ways I’m still integrating. We explored my work, my vision, the evolution of Joyful Choice Wellness, and the deeper threads of purpose, leadership, and sacred service that are unfolding in this season of my life.

At Forest and Village, the Temple of Taste is more than a place where meals are prepared—
it is a space of rhythm, devotion, and care.
Where nourishment becomes ceremony.
Where hands, hearts, and intention come together to feed the whole.
This year, we are preparing 2,900+ vegan, gluten-free meals
and we are calling in 16 women to join this sacred team.
🌿 This is for you if you feel called to:
• Be part of something meaningful and collaborative
• Work in rhythm with a team that values presence and care
• Offer your skills (or willingness to learn) in a high-impact, heart-centered role
• Experience the gathering in a deeper, behind-the-scenes way
