Last week, I had the privilege of traveling to Toronto for an exclusive Belotero Volume training hosted by Merz Aesthetics. I’m incredibly grateful to the Merz team for the invitation, the education, and the opportunity to learn alongside other leading aesthetic providers.

We’re especially excited to share that Medical Spa Buffalo is among a very limited number of practices across the United States with early access to this innovative injectable filler.

Belotero Volume is designed to restore deeper facial volume and structural support—helping address areas that can change over time, including the cheeks, midface, temples, and jawline. The goal is never to make someone look “done.” It’s to create balanced, natural-looking rejuvenation that respects each patient’s individual anatomy.

The transformative power of Radiesse!

These results were achieved using one syringe of Radiesse® per hand (2 syringes total), diluted 1:1. Rather than masking aging hands, hyperdilute Radiesse works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production to improve skin quality, texture, crepiness, and overall firmness over time.

At Medical Spa Buffalo, we choose Radiesse because of the science.

Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres act as a scaffold that activates fibroblasts, encouraging the production of Type I collagen, Type III collagen, elastin, and other extracellular matrix proteins. As the carrier gel is gradually absorbed, your own regenerated tissue remains.
