Meet Your Clinician: Rachel Rogers, LMHC 🤍

With 7 years of clinical experience, Rachel works with adults 21+ navigating postpartum challenges, grief and loss, divorce, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

For Rachel, being a clinician is about more than providing support—it’s about joining someone on their healing journey.

Her favorite part is watching clients grow, overcome obstacles, and recognize the progress they’ve made along the way. She also believes that being part of someone else’s journey can be a reminder to continue reflecting on and growing through her own.

Because healing isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about continuing to grow, adapt, and find new ways forward. 🌱

We’re so grateful to have Rachel as part of our team!

Meet Your Clinician: Cheney Brockington, LCSW🌹

With 8 years of clinical experience, Cheney specializes in anxiety, generational and cultural trauma, relationships, boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-esteem.

What she loves most about being a clinician? Creating a space where clients can finally see themselves...sometimes for the very first time.

Cheney believes that you are the person with the power to change your life. Her role is to help you acknowledge your pain, process your losses, find your “no” and “no more,” and build boundaries that make space for the healthiest, most authentic version of you.

✨ Healing starts with being willing to see yourself and knowing you deserve to be seen.

We’re so grateful to have Cheney as part of our team.

Meet Melina Ciotta, LMSW, CASAC.🌹

With 6 years of experience as a clinician, Melina works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults; helping clients navigate where they are while supporting them in becoming who they want to be.

When we asked Melina what her favorite part of being a clinician is, her answer was simple: “Seeing the changes clients make.”

The progress that may not always be obvious at first, but becomes undeniable over time. That’s why Melina loves what she does.

We are grateful to have her at our practice!

It’s easy to focus on everything you want to accomplish while forgetting that you are part of the equation.

Rest. Boundaries. Support. Time to yourself. Asking for help.

These aren’t distractions from the life you’re building; They’re part of building it.

You deserve a life that feels good to live, not just one that looks good on paper.

You don’t have to finish the to-do list, take care of everyone else, or reach your breaking point before you’re allowed to rest.

Self-care isn’t something you earn. It’s something you need.

Sometimes taking care of yourself means setting a boundary.
Sometimes it means asking for help.
Sometimes it means slowing down without feeling guilty about it.

Your well-being deserves a place on the list, too.

You are allowed to take care of yourself before you’re completely depleted.

It's National Wellness Month for the next few days.

Really ask yourself...when was the last time you put your own mental health first?

You deserve your love & care, too.

Trauma-informed therapy isn’t about asking, “What’s wrong with you?”

It’s about asking, “What happened to you and what do you need to feel safe, understood, and empowered?” 🤍

Healing doesn’t have to happen all at once. You deserve a space where your story is respected, your boundaries are honored, and you stay in control of your healing journey.
