This episode really stood out to me—it’s such a good reminder to listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t just accept it.

If you deal with frequent UTIs, pain during in*******se, dryness, or pre/post-menopausal symptoms—and haven’t listened to or watched this episode with Mel Robbins—it’s a must. I had no idea about some of these things.

Definitely worth a listen if you’re trying to feel better, find answers, or get back to basics 🤍

Simple Steps for Mindfulness. A wonderful benefit of mindfulness meditation is that it can turn off your sympathetic nervous system, or your fight or flight response when it is not needed. When you encounter a threat, your sympathetic nervous system kicks in, releasing stress hormones that help you either run or fight back. When we are anxious sometimes it is on high alert when we do need it to be.
