CVFP Medical Group, Walk-In-Care, and Collaborative Health - how are they connected?
We understand the names can sometimes be confusing, especially if you have received care from only one part of our organization. The simple answer is: we are all part of the same Collaborative Health family.
CVFP Medical Group is Collaborative Health’s primary care division, providing ongoing care through our family medicine and internal medicine practices.
Walk-In Care is our immediate care division, offering convenient care for acute illnesses and injuries when you need to be seen quickly.
Our other divisions - including Imaging, Behavioral Health, Workplace Health, Direct Primary Care, Sports Medicine, and additional specialty services - more visibly carry the Collaborative Health name.
While our practices may have different names and serve different healthcare needs, we operate as one organization with a shared goal: making high-quality, coordinated care more convenient and accessible for our patients.
