First tip is the reminder for yourself
1. head back
2. Chin in
3. Shoulders down
4. Spine up through the top of your head
5. Feet flat on floor… crossing legs is horrible on our hips
6. Hips level
7. Back should have a natural curve

Second, having a professional who can give you feedback with your movements.

This may be a ballet teacher, a dance, instructor, yoga, partner, personal trainer or a physical therapist

It’s really important to be guided by professionals 🤗

Thirdly, A Mirror you can get immediate feedback from looking at yourself.

Have one to the side of your workspaces from your kitchen sink to your desk and take a peek and see how your alignment really is during the day.

Fourth, take time daily to practice this great posture,
whether it’s an activity like dancing or swimming or just sitting and meditating.

The more you pull yourself back to proper alignment the more it will become a natural habit for you.
