Recovered Grace I became interested in energy healing when a much loved neighbor introduced me to it. It offers a way to heal from the inside out without reliving your trauma.

She healed my heart in so many ways so when she offered a certification course in Reiki 1 & 2 I JUMPED at the opportunity to study with her! My background is in Sociology and Criminal Justice with my two Bachelor degrees from Idaho State University. I have worked in mental health for 3 years and enjoy helping my clients achieve their day to day goals and grow into better people. I love helping people realize their potential and Reiki offers a way for people to work through past traumas and generational short comings without the need, necessarily, for many words to be exchanged. The body really does remember every moment in our lives and sometimes negative feelings are trapped within us and it can affect our momentum through life. Reiki and energy healing are very affordable ways to combat our mental and physical illnesses and it is an honor to be a part of that.
