Continuing Therapy Signing Week at BreakThrough Physical Therapy!
Today, help us welcome Dr. Anna Kuhn and Brooklyn Owen to the BreakThrough Occupational Therapy team!
Anna is from Grenada, Mississippi and will graduate with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Through her experiences in inpatient rehabilitation, school-based OT, and pediatric outpatient therapy, she discovered a true passion for helping children grow and thrive. Anna shared that from the moment she walked into BreakThrough, she could feel the passion and genuine care from the therapists around her, which made it feel like the kind of environment she had always hoped to be part of. She is excited to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while helping children gain confidence, independence, and the skills they need in everyday life.
Brooklyn is from Hatley, Mississippi and is graduating from the COTA program at Itawamba Community College. She has always had a passion for helping others through meaningful relationships and compassionate care. During her time as a student at BreakThrough, she experienced the mentorship, teamwork, and family atmosphere that make our culture special. Brooklyn is excited for the opportunity to serve patients and families, collaborate with fellow therapists, and help patients work toward greater independence and returning to the activities they love most.
We’re excited to have Anna and Brooklyn join the BreakThrough Pediatric Therapy family and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make on our patients, families, and communities.
