When should you start talking to your child about internet safety, body safety, and puberty?
Earlier than you might think, but it doesn’t have to be one big conversation. In our latest blog, Amy Begnal, Ed.S., LMHC, NCC, shares age-appropriate guidance for children ages 4–10, along with some of our favorite resources for navigating body safety, online safety, privacy, and puberty.
The goal isn’t to tell young children everything. It’s to start building a foundation of safety, trust, and open communication—so they know what to do and who to turn to when something doesn’t feel right.
