There was a time in my career when I exclusively did black and grey tattoos. When my client started coming to me in 2019, I had only just begun dabbling in color. At the time, I never imagined that full-color tattoos would eventually become such a huge part of what I do today.

I’ve already had the opportunity to complete her entire leg sleeve, filled with some of our favorite horror icons. Now, four years later, she’s back in my chair and we’re starting a whole new project — her arm, beginning with one of my favorites… Art the Clown. 🤡🩸

It’s pretty crazy looking back at how much my style has evolved over the years, and even cooler to have clients like Jissel who continue to trust me with these projects. 🖤

12 years of tattooing has introduced me to so many incredible people. ❤️

Over the years, some clients have become more than just clients. They’ve become lifelong friends… and sometimes, they become family.

I’d like you to meet Bridget Ol’ Dirty Bridget 🐝 I’ve been tattooing her for the past 6 years, and somewhere along the way, she became one of my and my wife’s closest friends. We genuinely consider her part of our family.

That’s one of the things I love most about this industry. You never know when someone is going to walk through your door as a client and eventually become someone you couldn’t imagine your life without.

BORAT FULLY HEALED!!! Here is the fully healed Borat tattoo I did on my buddy boyergeoffrey as many of you know this is probably, without a doubt, the funniest tattoo I have ever done but it still needs one more session. He gets very irritated in this area by his shin so we can only do so much per session. He just needs one more session this piece is done. STAY TUNED

My client Sam came in to start her memorial tattoo dedicated to her uncle. She is getting the Huntington Beach pier and this is definitely a project. This piece actually brings back memories for me as well as I have gone to the Huntington Beach pier many times throughout my life. This is a fun one and I can’t wait for the next session.

I wanted to take a moment to share my family’s experience meeting Tim Curry and talk about just how much he meant to me.

To so many people, Tim was an incredible actor and an unforgettable icon. To me, he was so much more than that. His performances, his presence, and the characters he brought to life have been a huge part of my love for horror and film.

But getting the opportunity to meet him and experience the kindness of the person behind those legendary characters is something my family and I will never forget.

Thank you, Tim, for the memories, the inspiration, and the countless moments you gave all of us through your work.

You truly were one of a kind.

Rest peacefully, Tim Curry. ❤️

SALEMS LOT 🩸🩸🩸 always a good time at 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 especially when I get to tattoo, for the first time of my career, Barlow from the Stephen King classic miniseries Salems Lot. Even tanya had to make sure my buddy sir_yosh used his Try-acting medication 🤣 This is just the first session and I can’t wait to finish it.

Every workout, every meal, every early morning, and every moment of doubt has led to this.

This particular show isn’t judged. It’s about confidence, overcoming fear, and getting comfortable stepping on stage in front of a crowd.

Her first bodybuilding competition where she’ll actually be judged is coming this October. 💪🔥

Watching her grow throughout this entire journey has been incredible, and I absolutely cannot wait to see her step on that stage.
