Did you know Assistive Technology has helped more individuals who have disabilities and older adults create a communications bridge toward independence and access to live the lives they choose?

Your day-to-day outreach and connection confirms this to be true as more individuals are in need - so let's work together to improve outcomes, create more independence and accessibility through DMC's AT FFS Program!

Assistive Technology is a lifeline to connection, growth, and having the ability to gain confidence in everyday life, as well as a way to create self-advocacy for our community.

DMC is happy to be working directly with Department of Rehabilitation with our AT Fee for Service Programs for the Orange and San Gabriel regions for Assistive Technology Assessments and Training. To learn more call us at (714)621-3300 or email [email protected]

Our community needs are changing - We need representation!
Do YOU speak Vietnamese, Spanish, Farsi, Arabic or Do YOU know ASL? Are you a Veteran? Are you a member of the LGBT+ Community?

If you say YES to any of the above and are a person with disabilities with a 'let's do this' donor seeking mindset with safety consciousness and long-term vision - We are looking for Board Representation to expand our consumer community outreach.

We also just grew our Veteran program need for outreach as well as addressing our growing population of individuals in our d/Deaf Community now reaching over 800,000 - We need Board representation more than ever for our d/Deaf community we serve in addition to key roles.

We are ACTIVELY recruiting for new working members to join our DMC Board of Directors to take action and create full working committees willing to put in the work to meet our very ambitious GROWTH GOALS ahead of our 50th anniversary next year for meeting our fast-growing community of people with disabilities, older adults and Veterans.

Specifically, we are seeking those with extensive Board expertise to fill these open roles:

* A Fundraising Chair - to rally an entire committee together for intensive donor outreach. Solid track record preferred for this role with the ability to attract HIGH-LEVEL DONORS.

* A Finance Chair - to support our Board Treasurer - Must have a finance background and long-vision strategic planning for high sustainability.
Are you someone who was born to be an advocate for people with disabilities, Veterans and older adults.

Are you interested in sharing your lived experiences and your passion for our mission at DMC?

Do you consider yourself to be a seasoned business pro with finance, fundraising, legal, recruiting and strategy?

Is your donor network strong? i.e. Do you have high volume progressive outreach taking initiative?

Veterans with previous Board or high-level sales experience are highly encouraged to apply! https://daylemc.org/board/
