📣 FREEDOM CAFÉ SUMMER HOURS UPDATE ☕✈️🇬🇹

Hey, hey, Freedom Fam! THE TIME HAS COME!!!

EEKKKKKKK! Tyson and I will be in Guatemala from June 27th through July 16th serving alongside our ministry partners, checking on projects, and continuing the work God has called us to.

The good news? Freedom Café will remain OPEN while we're away! BUT, to keep Tucker, staff and volunteers from burnout we will, temporarily, have shorter shop hours. We REALLY appreciate you being patient with us during this time.

🕒 Temporary Café Hours
June 27 – July 19
☕ Monday–Friday: 6:30am–2:30pm
☕ Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm
☕ Sunday: Closed

🚚 Delivery Orders
To help our team serve everyone well while we're away, all delivery orders should be submitted by 8:40am Monday-Friday during this time.

📅 Special Closures

☕ July 17-18: Closed

🕒 Normal Business Hours Resume July 20

I went to Costco the other day and while I was there I took a photo of the ingredients in their bagels. While I LOVE Costco and many of our clean ingredients are sourced there, I just never felt right about purchasing our baked goods from a commercial source using highly processed ingredients.

I KNEW we needed a great food option but I didn't want to settle - even if it meant it would cost us more to provide our community with cleaner options.

As a naturopathic doctor, it is important to me to use high quality, minimally processed goods. Swipe through the slides to see just a few reasons why we made the choice to partner with local bakers like Kirstie and Nicole!

We are so grateful that we can offer our friends and family better options for a greater purpose while supporting our friends both locally and abroad!

We're back and ready to serve you .... right after I devour my breakfast of champions! Don't worry, Tyson already ate his pepperoni pizza bagel. He chose jalepeno cheddar for his better bagel and, yes, I'm sharing that delicious GF lemon bundt cake made by .bakes.tx - lemon is his favorite!

We missed you yesterday - we are open until noon at the shop and Tucker and Kayden are at The Brew Box in Liberty until 5!

We are making the difficult decision to close the shop today. BOO for no electricity! We have already lost out grab n go items so Tyson is working to have a solution for the big fridge.

As long as we have electricity again, we will open from 8-12 tomorrow at the shop and we'll be at in the arena all weekend long.

🎉YALL SOLD US OUT TODAY!! 🎉

YOU GUYS!! It was a RECORD BREAKING day today!! Yall nearly sold us out of our Better Bagels and we are SO grateful!! We only have a handful of blueberry left this afternoon BUT don't worry - Kirstie is working hard today to get us restocked on bagels and we just restocked some produce from so we will be ready for tomorrow.

As always, we can make GF WAC-Y Waffle Dippers and we have overnight oats, yogurt parfaits, Jumbo muffins, and GF treats from .bakes.tx

All clean ingredients - made fresh, made with love - better options for a greater purpose!

Dreary Tuesday update! We are so honored to be a place that our gluten and dye free community can be nourished and treated too!

Did you know gluten can contribute to inflammation in your body? Some of us have to be GF 100% of the time and some of us do our best to be GF most of the time. Either way, we’ve got ya covered now and we are consistently working to make sure you’re covered in the future!
