Full Flower Moon Sound Bath
Wednesday, April 29th 🌕

Honestly, I couldn’t help but add this audio track from the Netflix series Bridgerton. It’s full of excitement, hope, and a touch of whimsy. Just like spring should feel.

We’re crawling out of the darkness now (at least it feels that way for some of us) 🫠 and something big has been in motion since November.

When the New Moon rose in Scorpio, it opened a six-month cycle of transformation — an invitation to descend, to plant seeds in the dark.

Now, on the eve of May’s Flower Moon, that cycle comes full circle.

This is a lunar moment of culmination. Emotions rise. Truths surface. What has quietly been growing is ready to burst into life.

Here we can step into a new way of being as we unfold into another season. Doesn’t that feel refreshing?
