I know there are people out there who roll their eyes at what I do....

I know most of these people also don’t enjoy seeing others become successful...

I know there are people who STILL in 2022, think what I do is a scam. 😑

But, I also know this:

💜There are people who have grown in confidence, because of what I do.

💜There are people who finally live life on their terms, because of what I do.

💜There are people who actually love celebrating those who succeed, in what I do.

💜There are people who are now doing what I do, and laugh because they used to think all of those other things.

There are STILL so many people who NEED what I do...who wish for it and hope for it!

For that reason, I will ALWAYS share what I do, because let’s face it...this world needs less eye rolls and more “You go girl!!”👏🏼💜😍

So far this morning is just like most mornings, and I crushed it, teehee 💤 Sleeping in like a boss!! But, that’s why I work for me... my boss has the best hours 😉

I got a text yesterday from someone who said “I wish I could do what you do” I immediately replied and said “I’m sorry for not letting you know, YOU CAN” I’ll take the heat for that, because honestly I’m just over here living my life that sometimes I forget some important stuff...like YOU can work for you too, truly you can. Just think about it for a second!

Before I started my Younique business I had very little makeup/skincare experience and zero training, but I had a passion for helping women feel great, I have always had a girlpreneur spirit, and when I love something I am a hard worker...that’s really all you need!

This is our first pay with the new pay plan 😭😭😭

Absolutely shocked and grateful. And sooo happy for all our girls 😭😭💜💜

Derek said our company has been blessed beyond means, and that since comming back as CEO he is no longer taking a paycheck… Instead 100% of profits from younique are to give back, and the first thing was to give back to all the presenters like never before with a new PERMANENT PAY PLAN, where 98% of all presenters would see a pay increase !!!! Paying out more wider , deeper and richer than any plan in the industry !!
The rest of the profits goes to charitable causes dear to his heart 💜 We hit the jackpot for best CEO on the planet !!
