Join Family Wellness Warriors for this culturally connected training intensive Dec. 9-13. The Arrigah House training focuses on the impact of historical and complex trauma, including adverse childhood experiences and generational cycles of harm.

Arrigah House creates a safe peer-led space in which those who have experienced harm, and those who have caused harm, can heal. To support healing, attendees will have lodging and meals covered for the duration of the training.

For employees or family members interested in participating, there is no cost to the employee or their department. Continuing Education Units are available.
