Getting everyone on board with the newly outlined periodontal program at with a little game! As a team, we were able to reaffirm and/or learn the definition and diagnostic criteria for every level of gingival health. This included:

1) Healthy Gingiva
2) Gingivitis
3) Debridement
4) Scaling & Root Planing
5) Periodontal Maintenance

Her "7" year mark is in quotes as she started with us in 2019 and has worked with us on and off while she completed a lot of amazing side quests, including teaching English abroad! We love having her as a team member. Whether she's at the front as a scheduling coordinator or in the back as a dental assistant, she always has a smile and is ready to help.
