I swear you donā€™t realize how badly you needed to relax until somebody starts massaging your head.

30 minutes. No phone. No responsibilities. Just lay there and let somebody else take care of you for a minute.

This is my Blissful Radiance Head Massage.

And honestlyā€¦ the name says it all.

It took me and the hubby 6 months to build my 900 sq ft salon from a piece of paper with my chicken-scratch drawing on it.

Now I walk in every morning and get to work in a space we literally built with our own hands.

Still kinda crazy to me.

During a service I immerse myself in the movement the scents the slowness

I close my eyes and completely fall into the moment..this is my therapy just as much as it is yoursā¤ļø

Okay, so if youā€™ve never been inside Golden Haven, let me tell you what Iā€™ve created in here.

This is definitely not your typical salon.

Iā€™ve really made this space around scalp health, hair growth, extensions, mesh integration, and skin.

I do luxury scalp facials, non-invasive hair growth treatments, hair extensions, mesh integration, and all of my facials use professional-grade Korean skincare.

And everything is private and one-on-one.

I wanted this to be somewhere you can come in, slow down, actually be taken care of, and leave feeling like you did something good for yourself.

Honestly, Iā€™m just really proud of what this little studio has become. If youā€™ve been curious about it, come check it out sometime.

You will never convince me that the 90s and early 2000s didnā€™t have the best music. Period.

Cleaning the salon with this music playing is basically therapy. Iā€™m over here jamming out, singing every word and probably taking twice as long to clean because I keep getting distracted.
