Thank you for allowing us to serve you for almost 5 years. We have met some incredible women, but in the current landscape of low insurance reimbursements while also them dictating what you can and can’t do for your patients, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our practice.

Our last day of operations will be Friday, October 2nd, 2026.

Please call the office for any medication refills prior to our last day. (765) 393-1965.

Due to flooding and power outages we have made the decision to shut down the office at 9am today, so we could also get home safely. Anyone who was scheduled today should have already been notified.

We pray to resume normal business hours on Tuesday at 9am. Calls will be returned once we are back in the office. Appreciate your understanding, we apologize for any inconvenience.
