This drive-through clinic is exclusively for established Primary Care Associates patients.

No need to get out of your car! Simply stay in your vehicle, provide your identification, confirm you are feeling well, and our team will administer your flu vaccine while you remain in your car.

If you can’t attend the drive-through clinic, you can also receive your flu vaccine during your next scheduled office visit.

Appointment Reminder – We Are Open and Seeing Patients!

Due to the ongoing AnMed cyberattack, our Anderson office phone lines remain down.

If you need to reach us, please call our Belton office at (864) 338-8619. Our Belton team is in constant communication with our Anderson office and will be happy to assist you with scheduling appointments, prescription refills, messages for your provider, and any other non-emergency needs.

You can also communicate with our Anderson office through the MyHealthRecord.com patient portal.

We are pleased to let you know that our after-hours call service is available.

If you have an urgent medical concern after our offices have closed, please call our Belton office at 864-338-8619. Your call will be directed to our after-hours answering service so the on-call provider can be reached for urgent medical needs.

Please remember that this service is intended for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until the next business day. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

📢 Important Patient Update

AnMed’s phone system remains down as they continue to work to resolve the ongoing system outage.

As a result, our after-hours on-call provider will not be available this evening until phone service has been restored.

During regular business hours, patients may contact our Belton office at (864) 338-8619 for assistance.

Please do not send urgent or emergent medical concerns through the patient portal, as portal messages will not be monitored until our office reopens tomorrow at 8:00 a.m.

* For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately.
* If you have an urgent medical concern that cannot wait until our office reopens, please visit your nearest urgent care center or emergency department.
* If your concern can safely wait until tomorrow, please contact our Belton office after 8:00 a.m. or by utilizing your patient portal.

📢 Important Update for Our Patients

Primary Care Associates will be open Monday, July 27, and will operate during our normal business hours.

Primary Care Associates uses a separate internet connection, so our computer systems have not been affected by the cyberattack impacting AnMed.

At this time, the only impact to our office is our telephone system, which is connected through the AnMed network. The cyberattack is isolated to AnMed and is not affecting our office computer or medical records system.

If you need to contact us, please send us a message through the patient portal or, during business hours, try calling our Belton office, as those phone lines may be available.
