One of the phrases we hear most is: “I haven’t changed a thing… but my body has.”
And it’s confusing because you’re still trying. You’re still training, watching your diet, and doing what always worked before.
But the body starts to respond differently.
More accumulation in the abdominal area. Sleep that doesn’t recharge you. Fatigue that hits in the middle of the day. Difficulty concentrating.
This isn’t a lack of discipline.
In many cases, it’s the body going through hormonal shifts—and trying to solve this with just more effort usually only worsens the frustration.
Because it’s not about doing more. It’s about understanding what has changed.
