Just a heads up IS!
We were informed that our water will be temporarily shut off this thur. Thur morning 9am spin and yoga flow will be on! However, we do need to cancel 11:00 Cross Train, 5:30pm Spin and 6:00pm Upper Body Sculpt! Resume normal schedule Friday!
