A low impact class with alternating intervals and
movements. Set up at stations with equipment
utilizing ball, bands with handles, low steps and hand
weights. Targeting muscular strength and designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as balance for the active senior.

A great way to meet new people and get some exercise. All of our classes are FREE, they are included with your membership!

We have 2️⃣ lay down tanning beds, and 1️⃣ of them has Red Light Bulbs!!

We offer gym member and non-Member options for tanning. We have so many options for single, couple, 1️⃣ time, 1️⃣ month, 3️⃣ month, 1 year, or a 1️⃣2️⃣ month contract!

We sell tanning lotions and goggles as well.

You can tan anytime we are open, no reservation needed. We are open :

Let's raise money to help Miss Bev. All proceeds go to her for her Breast Cancer medical bills.
