Yesterday's Conversation went very well. Our participants learned about, and discussed the many pillars of optimal health and a long healthy lifespan.
We missed those who weren't able to come but hopefully we will see you in November. Date to be determined!
The topic chosen for the November Conversation will be all about FOOD, breaking DIET MYTHS, and sharing inspiring and motivating tips to stick with healthy food choices and eating habits.
