Through Nicolette’s thoughtful facilitation and Christina’s healing services and offerings, this workshop invites you to build new internal references for care and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful, creative way. You’ll leave with a personal piece of art, practical tools, and a deeper sense of steadiness.
