In his first 10-week challenge, he didn’t just lose weight—he built strength, confidence, and momentum. What started as a short-term commitment turned into a long-term lifestyle, pushing himself harder with every class and staying consistent even through injury by adapting instead of quitting.
He also made a powerful nutrition commitment—cutting out added sugar completely for a full year (despite working around sweets every day!)—and turned it into a permanent habit.
