Feeling vulnerable is like the opening the door of your deeper self...it's spiritual and healing. However, be careful who you share your truth with.

Everyone doesn't know how to handle you opening up on a deeper level. Find a person who can handle it and allow yourself to be in that sensitive place for your own healing. It's so worth it...
