We had an amazing turnout Friday for the first day of our Sip & Spa event, and we truly want to thank everyone who visited and took advantage of our complimentary services. We appreciate your support more than you know!
Unfortunately, shortly before opening this morning, we experienced unexpected staff call-outs due to unforeseen circumstances. This left one employee managing the event on her own. She worked incredibly hard to accommodate every guest who came in to enjoy their spa day experience. Due to the staffing shortage, we know it was not possible to provide every guest with the one-on-one attention and luxury experience we always strive to deliver. Because of this, the first 25 guests who visited today received a complimentary gift along with a voucher to return another day of their choice to enjoy unlimited spa services, tanning, and spray tanning with the full experience they deserve, including personalized tours, recommendations, and dedicated time with our team.
Our highest priority is ensuring every guest receives a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable experience while visiting us. We sincerely apologize to anyone affected today, as this was never how we intended the event to go. As a small business, we always do our very best to make things right whenever challenges arise, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who showed kindness and patience to our employee today as she navigated a very difficult situation on her own.
