We’re grateful to the Women of Steel for their annual volunteer flower planting day at Cradle Beach. Their continued support helps us create a welcoming and beautiful outdoor space for our campers to enjoy all summer long.

A special thank you to Chiavetta’s Potatoes and Greenhouse for making this day possible through their generous donation of flowers.

We’d also like to recognize Cheryl Ratigan, a member of the Women of Steel for helping coordinate a donation of hygiene kits from Xylem Inc. Cheryl’s connection to Cradle Beach spans three generation, she attended as a camper herself and now continues that legacy by sending her grandchildren to camp. 🌷🪻☀️

This month, we honored M&T Bank for their longstanding commitment to Cradle Beach. The bank’s generosity helped install a brand-new roof on the Jim Kelly House - the hub of our camp – and their incredible volunteerism makes an impact that is felt across our community.

Since 2022, more than 700 M&T Bank team members have contributed more than 9,000 volunteer hours at Cradle Beach, with 200 returning time and time again to continue making a difference.

We are proud to recognize M&T’s unwavering support with a plaque displayed in the Jim Kelly House, a lasting symbol of their kindness. While sometime a plaque can be just a plaque, this one represents so much more. It represents a collective thank you from all the children and families touched by M&T’s generosity today and tomorrow

Four years ago today, our Buffalo community was forever changed. We remember the ten lives lost at Tops on Jefferson Avenue and hold their families close in our hearts. We honor them by lifting one another up and continuing to build a community rooted in compassion and respect.

We’re so thankful for our Cradle Beach nurses and everything you do. No job is too small for them. You’re the ones campers look for when they need a little extra care, a moment to regroup or just someone they trust.

We’ve said it previously, but we really mean it you’re the heartbeat of camp.

At Cradle Beach, supporting mental well-being is part of everything we do, for everyone we serve. From staff training to dedicated support roles and meaningful community programs, we're committed to creating spaces where everyone feels safe, connected and supported.

We would like to thank Sacred Heart Academy for choosing Cradle Beach for their SHA Day! 💙 After a long winter, their group jumped right in to help get camp ready by raking, picking up sticks and creating piles for easy cleanup across our campus.

We are so grateful for your hard work! We truly couldn’t do it without volunteers like you who help us prepare for an incredible camp season ahead.

Serenity on the Shore this April was filled with lots of color and creativity 🌊✨

Our participants got hands-on making tie-dye salt dough cutouts! Some will become beautiful wind chime charms, others bright window ornaments. Every piece was unique, just like the people who made them 💙
