“When I first reached out to Jayne, my goal was to improve my well-being, increase my energy levels, and truly enjoy life. Jayne came highly recommended for her expertise in eating healthy and reducing inflammation through a gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar diet. Without her recipes, guidance, and encouragement, I would have felt completely overwhelmed by the prospect of changing my eating habits.
Jayne’s support was truly transformational. She broke the process into simple, actionable steps, making it easy to build new habits without feeling deprived. Her recipes, which rely on accessible ingredients, made healthy eating feel both achievable and sustainable.
Throughout our sessions Jayne has taught me how to best read ingredient labels, identify problematic ingredients, and incorporate more protein and fiber into my meals.
