It was cold outside this morning, ya'll🥶. I stood in line for 2 FULL hours to participate in Ann Arbor, grand opening. It was definitely worth every minute. The vibe at the restaurant was on point. The staff were great. I met some awesome women while waiting in line, and the food was good too! I got the avocado toast with watermelon radish, tomatoes, and microgreens. I also spent a mint on fresh pressed juice, no added anything, and delicious 😋! Check them out when you have time.

Unfortunately, we don't use food, fasting, and exercise in the right way or enough to heal our bodies.

Eating well, exercising regularly, and fasting can result in amazing health outcomes and decrease and/or eliminate the need for prescription medication.

It worked for me!

I eat to LIVE, not the other way around. When I cook, I make sure that the ingredients that I use are as fresh as possible when available, full of color and flavor😋.
Additionally, they must be anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, energy producing, and immuno supportive.

Not only are bananas a good source of antioxidants, they are also a great source of potassium, Vit B6, and Vit C.
I use my browning bananas as a natural sweetner in many of my dishes. I remove them from the peel and freeze them for smoothies. I use them for banana bread, banana walnut muffins, oatmeal banana chocolate chip (vegan dark chocolate) bars.
Don't throw away the peels either. Use it as fertilizer for plants or just toss it your compost for gardening.

When I want a snack, this is my go-to. Fresh real fruit! No gelatins, gums, artificial colors, or dyes, no added sweetners. Oh, and check the water in the background. This mix of fruit is powerful and has so many health benefits.
-Blueberries are one of the best natural sources of antioxidants.
-Raspberries contain a mineral called manganese, which is necessary for healthy bones and skin and helps regulate blood sugar.

Believe it or not, what you are eating may increase your risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Although sugar is not considered a carcinogen, processed sugar is a great fuel source to feed the cells that develop into cancer. Excess dietary fat increases your risk of breast cancer as it produces excess fat cells in the body which store excess estrogen. Research shows that alcohol has a direct effect on the individuals risks of being diagnosed with breast cancer even in moderation as it changes your DNA.
