We are so excited for our new space we had to show you some of the behind the scenes craziness as we put together furniture for a bigger space!
For years we’ve done great work in a smaller environment, but this new clinic allows us to do so much more.
Our expanded treatment area gives clients room to move, strengthen, and practice real-life functional movements as part of their recovery.
The new space also features beautiful natural light, a dedicated lobby area, and room for future wellness offerings designed to support long-term health and recovery.
We will continue to help people build strength, confidence, and resilience.
Opening July 6.
We can’t wait to show you more.

We’re excited to officially introduce Dr. Alysse Hill, Physical Therapist, who will be joining the Mend Physical team beginning July 6.
Alysse brings experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, women’s health physical therapy, and dry needling. Her passion is helping people understand their bodies, move with confidence, and get back to the activities they love.
Whether you’re dealing with an injury, persistent pain, postpartum recovery, incontinence, or simply want to move and feel better, Alysse is committed to creating a treatment plan that meets you where you are.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll learn more about Alysse’s specialties and how she approaches patient care.
Please join us in welcoming her to Mend Physical Therapy.
Appointments are now being scheduled for July.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve been hard at work creating a new space that better supports the way we help people move, heal and feel their best. With more room for physical therapy, post-rehab strengthening, Pilates, and recovery, we are building an environment designed to support your health journey from start to finish. This new chapter also allows us to welcome physical therapist Dr. Alysse Hill to the team and expand our services and availability. We are not ready to open the doors yet but couldn’t resist sharing a little behind the scenes sneak peak! Grand Opening: July 6th Book appointments by calling: 810-991-9673 or for established clients mendpt.janeapp.com

Spent the last three days teaching Principles of Manual Medicine at Michigan State University School of Osteopathic Medicine Continuing Education. I feel honored to learn and teach amongst these incredible practitioners who are not only boots on the ground caring for patients everyday but also who are teaching so many the work. We had a full class of PT’s, DO’s, MD’s and ATC’s learning to treat the whole body and get results.

This is your reminder to return to your home program of stretching and strengthening. Spring is here and beautiful. We have been doing yard work, gardening (hello fresh strawberries) and returning to outdoor exercise. Typically when we start this seasonal work we stop our typical stretching and strengthening that helps to keep us moving. Don’t stop your home program. This is meant to keep you doing the things you LOVE (gardening) and the things you don’t love (weeding, digging, mowing.)
